Internet is affordable for only 40% of the population. A study conducted by the Alliance for an Affordable Internet shows that for the higher income classes in Brazil the price of 1 GB represents 0.60% of their salaries. However, the poorest people commit a much larger share of monthly income with access to the internet: 9.42%. The research considers affordable the commitment of up to 2% of monthly income with internet. Brazil generated 137 thousand jobs with a formal contract in September. It was the best result for the month in five years and also the most positive of the year so far, according to Ministry of Labor data. The service sector generated the most opportunities, with 60,961 new jobs, followed by the manufacturing industry, with 37,449 vacancies. The only sector with negative results was agriculture and livestock, which cut 2,688 formal jobs in September. Brazil will win 98 new flights abroad by April. According to a study conducted by Embratur and obtained by Estadão Content, the destinations will be Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, France, United Kingdom, Argentina, Bolivia, Ecuador, Chile, Paraguay and the United States. About 45% of the new flights will be just frequency extensions of existing routes, while the rest will be unpublished travel offers.
